Who does Hope Valley Serve?

Hope Valley serves a wide range of people, from children and families, individuals and couples and church groups to corporate groups. Our mission is to inspire Hope for the community, this enables to touch as many lives as possible.

How can I get involved?

We are always looking for volunteers! We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities including grounds management, handiwork, housekeeping, helping at programs and retreats, assisting with development of programs and fundraising, participating in marketing campaigns and social media. All our volunteers must pass a background check.

What community programs do you have?

Please refer to our programs page for the most updated information as programs run at different times of the year and we are always developing and building upon our programming schedules according to the needs of our community.

What kind of therapeutic services do you offer?

Hope Valley offers a wide range of services including group and individual life coaching sessions. We utilize nature and the beauty of the outdoors as much as possible to allow for reflection and relaxation. While outdoors, we may walk the wooded trails, explore nature, go fishing, meditate and pray using our labyrinth, sit around the fire pit and pavilion for conversation and fellowship or find a private bench or hammock to spend some quiet time with our thoughts to decompress. We bring the outdoors in with our large, picturesque windows that overlook the property. There’s always a beautiful view and comfortable spaces to have meaningful conversations and many spaces for group or private meditation and journaling. We may be baking or preparing and enjoying a meal together or playing games and encouraging laughter. We utilize Hope Partners who offer many 3rd party services like yoga, chiropractic services, massage, educational wellness classes and self-defense classes.

Is Hope Valley a drug and alcohol treatment center?

No, we are not a treatment center. If you or your loved one need help please refer to our resources page for a list of providers. We do have mentors through our Experience Hope program who have had to watch a loved one struggle with drugs and alcohol and go through treatment. If you are looking for peer support, please contact us.

Is your property pet friendly?

We are sorry, animals are not permitted other than approved service pets and animals brought in for a specific programing.

Do you have a designated smoking area?

No, Hope Valley is a nonsmoking facility including all outdoor areas.

Can a group provide their own facilitators?

We utilize Hope Valley programming as much as possible to be sure all the programs and retreats align with our mission. If your group is looking for something that we may not offer, we will work together to try and meet your needs. All retreats must reflect our mission and vision of using nature, adventure, personal connection and faith.

Does Hope Valley accept insurance?

We are sorry, we can not accept insurance. Many of our programs though are free of charge.

Programs that do have a fee will also include an application to receive a potential blessing covered by a sponsor or donations.

Do you provide housing?

Our overnight accommodations are used solely for Hope Valley retreats. If you need shelter, please refer to our resources page for a list of providers.
